What Should My Photo Upload Look Like?

  1. Capture a Clear Side Profile: A straight side profile shot works best. Even a selfie will do, as long as it’s taken from the side (long arms help!).
  2. Keep It Straight: Make sure your head is straight, not tilted or angled towards the camera.
  3. Good Lighting: Ensure your face is well-lit, with the focus on your side profile.
  4. No Need for Perfection: Don’t worry if your photo isn’t Instagram-perfect. We just need a clear profile to create a beautiful silhouette!

Can I See a Mockup Before I Order?

Currently, we don’t offer mockups or proofs of your silhouette before purchase. But don’t worry—if we need a different photo to create the best silhouette, we’ll be sure to email you!

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

After placing your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to carefully design and create your custom silhouette mugs. For non-custom mugs, production takes just 1-3 business days. Every piece is crafted just for you, with the utmost care and attention to detail.
